This program will be facilitated by Mr. Adam Naseer, a Certified Master Coach and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programing and Timeline Therapy, certified by American Board of NLP and TLTA – USA.

He is also a part time lecturer for MBA programs offered by Villa College, (OUM,UWE), Mandhu College, MNU and Cyrix College teaching HRM, SHRM, Strategy and Enterprise Development. Adam brings more than 20 years of community leadership and corporate experience including executive leadership roles in Human Resources and Employee Development, as well as Teaching & Instructional leadership in a variety of entities both public and private sector.

Adam is currently a doctoral student following PhD in SHRM from MSUMalaysia and a student member of John Maxwell Team. He holds a MBA from Edith Cowan University in International Business, MSc. in Educational Management & Leadership from NIE, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Maldives National University, besides his many other qualifications in business, psychology and human resource management.
